Building the Future Towards Zero Impact !

Organized by Le Moniteur, this Paris-based event brought together the most forward-thinking professionals from the construction and digital building sectors around a common goal: to build better—smarter, leaner, and more alive. 

In his closing remarks, Vincent Callebaut emphasized a powerful message:  

"Faced with the climate emergency, it is no longer about constructing buildings, but about cultivating resilient ecosystems." 

The construction site of the future must be zero carbon, zero waste, and regenerative — a living workshop that draws inspiration from nature, generates its own energy, recycles its water, and restores biodiversity on-site.

Zero Impact means reinventing every step of the construction cycle:  

- using bio-based and reused materials,  

- developing decarbonized, BIM-connected worksites,  

- fostering symbiosis between engineering, AI, and bioclimatic design,  

- designing architecture as a living organism, capable of evolving over time.  

This vision of a metabolic construction process paves the way for a future where building is no longer destructive, but curative — where every project contributes to environmental and social regeneration.  

An immense thank you to the LeMoniteur.fr group and to all the teams of the Tech for Construction 2025 fair for making this day a catalyst for ideas and action. Together, let’s turn our cities into the most beautiful masterpieces of living nature!

Chantier du futur, objectif : zéro impact !

Organisé par Le Moniteur, cet événement a rassemblé à Paris les acteurs les plus engagés du secteur du BTP et de la construction numérique autour d’un même cap : construire mieux, plus sobre et plus vivant.

Lors de son allocution de clôture, Vincent Callebaut a insisté sur un message clair :  

"Face à l’urgence climatique, il ne s’agit plus seulement de bâtir des bâtiments, mais de cultiver des écosystèmes résilients."  

Le chantier du futur doit être zéro carbone, zéro déchet et régénératif — un chantier qui s’inspire du vivant, produit son énergie, recycle son eau, et restaure la biodiversité sur site.

Objectif 0 impact, c’est réinventer chaque étape du cycle constructif :  

- matériaux biosourcés et réemployés,  

- chantiers décarbonés et connectés via le BIM,  

- symbiose entre ingénierie, IA et bioclimatisme,  

- architecture conçue comme un organisme vivant, capable d’évoluer avec le temps.  

Cette vision du chantier métabolique ouvre la voie à un avenir où la construction ne sera plus destructrice, mais curative.
