“The city tree is a swirling form that combines the meaning of DNA helix structure in the urban area.” Seventy-two piles built into the ground represent the roots of a tree grabbing into the bedrock. “The City Tree” is an innovative design idea of Green building, representing the combination of tree and building. In the 8,160 square meter artistic park, 95 arbor trees, shrub, ground covers and hedges grow 6,600 square meter of range to create fresh air for the neighborhoods and to provide privacy for the residents. Residences live in a castle of 270 degree panoramic view in an ambient sky garden that has a magnificent view of the mountain and the river beyond in the backdrop of the city. The Structure system of Vierendeel Truss allows of a column free interior space that enables a view of no obstruction from inside day time and night time.
