Al-Nozha project, planned to be developed by Abraj Misr (the Developer), an Egyptian based real estate company, is a prestigious residential/commercial project with an extremely high exposure. The project is considered the DISTINCTIVE/LANDMARK project for Abraj which projects usually offer new model to the real estate market in Egypt.

The project will fulfill the green architecture requirements basically those of the Egyptian Green Building Council.

VINCENT CALLEBAUT ARCHITECTURES has been selected in March 2014 as the International Design Architect to develop this green project. The design studies are currently work in progress.
